Welcome to KaliCabs. By accessing or using our taxi booking services through our website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.


1. Use of Service

KaliCabs provides transportation services through its network of licensed drivers. These services are for personal or authorized business travel only. By using our service, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.


2. Booking and Payments

  • Bookings can be made via the KaliCabs website or mobile app.

  • Fare estimates are based on distance, vehicle type, traffic conditions, and availability.

  • Payment can be made online through secure payment gateways or directly to the driver, where applicable.

  • All fares are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.


3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least one day or 24 hour before the scheduled pickup to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full fare being charged.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.


4. Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward drivers and fellow passengers.

  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, or any illegal activity inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

  • Damages caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct will be charged to the passenger.


5. Driver Responsibilities

  • All drivers are background-checked, licensed, and trained to provide safe and reliable service.

  • Drivers are required to follow all applicable traffic laws and safety regulations.

  • Drivers reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.


6. Delays and Liability

  • While we aim to be punctual, delays can occur due to traffic, weather, breakdowns, or other factors beyond our control.

  • KaliCabs is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused due to such delays.

  • We are not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles, but we will assist in recovering lost items when possible.


7. Modifications to Services

  • KaliCabs reserves the right to modify or terminate the services, fare structure, or any part of the platform at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.


8. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

  • Information collected during bookings is used solely to provide and improve our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai high court. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
